    IDA Développement reserves the right to close a Client’s or Prospect’s file if no administrative action has been taken for a consecutive period of at least three (3) years. In the event of a file being closed for a Client or Prospect, the personal information it contains will be destroyed or anonymized after a period of 7 years following the file’s closure date.
